At THE TWO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns in accordance with the following terms:
General Return Conditions:
1. Return Time Frame: Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration (such as resizing or engraving). All original packaging, certificates, and receipts must be included.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
4. Online Purchases: For items purchased online, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or earring sets.
• Custom/Personalized Items: Custom-made or engraved jewelry, as well as special orders, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
