Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or item, please follow the steps below:

Items may be exchanged within the 14-day return window, subject to product availability.

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. items purchased online, customers are responsible for any shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

Please contact our friendly customer service team with any questions or concerns regarding your return. THE TWO reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet the return policy conditions.

 

Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@thetwojewellery.co.nz to initiate an exchange.

2. You will receive an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

3. Securely package the item(s) and include the exchange authorization number inside the package.

4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or earring sets.

• Custom/Personalized Items: Custom-made or engraved jewelry, as well as special orders, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Once we receive and inspect your exchange item, we will process the new item and ship it to you within 5-7 business days. If there is a price difference, you will be notified to either pay the difference or receive a refund for the overpayment.
